TESTIMONIALS

“Abdul has a unique ability to connect the energy of a group while holding space for individual needs. He innately empathizes and offers compassion for many different traumas and painful parts of the human experience. We met only a few months ago, but he has facilitated some of my deepest healing through Breathwork. I plan to continue deepening my Breathwork practice with Abdul for a long time to come.”
