Specialized Groups:

  • Fun ways to move:

    -Who said fitness had to be boring? Are you not a traditional fitness fanatic? Does yoga, running, and cycling sound like work, not fun? Join us for non-traditional ways to move, find flexibility and burn calories, without even realizing you’re doing it!

    Activity options will include, but are not limited to: walking scavenger hunts, dance like nobody’s watching parties, pet-walking, roller skating, kayaking/paddle boarding, trash clean-up, gardening, skipping, hiking, geocaching, and so much more.

  • Community involvement:

    -An integral part of whole-person health is giving back in service to others. Come join us as we find fulfilling and inspiring ways to give back to our communities.

    Options to include: community gardening, meals for the homeless, nursing home visits, sponsoring a child/family, sponsored walks or runs, tree planting, community clean-up, and many other creative ways to give back

  • Creative Nutrition:

    -Sick and tired of fad diets, yo-yo weight changes, feeling sluggish and fuzzy, not feeling healthy or energetic? Join us as we explore inspiring and creative ways to bring balance and health back into our lives.

    We will explore a wide range of nutrition topics using a fun, hands-on approach, that incorporates adventures such as gardening, cooking classes, journaling, farmer’s market outings, partner-coaching, goal-setting, and group celebrations.

  • Community building:

    -Part of being a whole person, includes building a healthy community. We strive to create a community that is focused on building each other up through support, celebration, encouragement, and partnership.

    Join any of our community gatherings, including bonfires, camping, hiking, sound baths, volunteer work, mindful walks, potluck dinners, and so much more. Our goal is to be each others’ greatest cheerleaders and motivators for positive change.
